I was lucky enough to join the right association and be influenced by the right people. Therefore I discovered my passions and my beliefs

boy scouts
From age 7 to age 10 I was part of the “Roma 46” boy scouts group. Our official motto is: “We move forward, all together, helping each other with faith, laughter and songs during the hard times. We are one! In my experience we learned to respect and live in nature, to socialize with our peers, to discover our faith and to leave a place better than we found it.
Besides attending my district’s perish on Sundays, I was also involved in their summer camps during the summer. Saint Joseph offered a relief to parents every year when school ended in June and had teenage volunteers like me work with kids at the summer camps. Once I was older I decided to help by serving food at the camp’s dining hall. Saint Joseph is where I received my confirmation

Fraternity
Lambda Chi Alpha
As a European, joining a fraternity was a big step into living college at its fullest. I met and connected with people from all over the US. It was a truly wholesome experience, who allowed me to grow as a man. There as a group we visited and assisted older people in care centers, organized events to raise funds for the poor, and feed the Gulf. Our major event is Water Melon Bash which takes place at the beginning of every academic year. We collected thousands of cans each time. In Lambda Chi I also grew spiritually thanks to many of my brothers and our mentor Father Mike. There I held a position of leadership in collaborating with the zeta council and in leading by example, teaching new members the values of our fraternity. My last year I was also T-shirt chair. I designed tees for Water Melon Bash, Oktoberfest and Bid Day 2021.
