Young beginnings
Petriana Calcio
I started playing soccer at 5 1/2 years old. I joined a club founded by Cardinal Gasparri in 1926 on the Gelsomino Hill, that oversees Sain Peter’s Basilic. I played there until I was 10 yrs old, when I was recruted by professional team Lazio. My time at Petriana though me the basics of soccer, while it guided me through my faith in the early stages. In fact, is in that Perish (Petriana) that I had my first communion.

professional career
At 10 yrs old I moved to the professional club S.S. Lazio (Rome, IT) where I played until the age of 17. There I was trained by professional soccer players like Brazilian Cesar Aparecido Rodriguez, world cup winner Roque Junior, and Italian Chievo legend Daniele Franceschini. I trained 4 times a week, and had home and away games every weekend. I played in National and International tournaments during the years: Sweden (2011-2012), Russia (2013), Bulgaria (2014), National Finals (2014), Gaetano Scirea (2015), Beppe Viola (2016). I also trained at S.S. Lazio headquarters and played friendly games against the first team.

College Career
I moved to the United States shortly after I turned 18. I didn’t know English, but I wanted to live the American dream. Thanks to College Life Italia, I had several scholarship offers. I decided to follow my dad’s steps and join a private Jesuit College in Alabama, Spring Hill. At Spring Hill College me and my teammates completely changed the program, lifting it to the highest it has ever been at.
I was captain of the varsity team since Spring 2020. I improved and practiced the use of skills such as teamwork, leadership, time management, communication, and commitment. I successfully participated in the first winning season ever for the Badgers during Fall 2017, with an ending record of 12-3. I led the team to win Spring Hill College’s first conference championship in 2018 and to the first appearance ever in the NCAA national tournament with an ending record of 17-2. Scoring 6 goals and assisting 5 times as a defender. During college, I was also assistant coach in the ID camps to recruit new players for the team
